About these terms
These terms govern your use of the octonoc.com website and any early-access evaluation of the Octonoc product. Production and on-prem deployments are governed by a separate written agreement signed between you and SmoothRevenue LLC; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the website and any demo or evaluation environment lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users’ data. The public demo runs on bundled example datasets and is provided for illustration only.
No warranty during early access
The website and any pre-release evaluation are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Octonoc’s core design is to verify a result or refuse it rather than return an unverified number; nonetheless, during early access you should independently confirm any figure before relying on it for a material decision.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmoothRevenue LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or an evaluation environment. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
