Your analytics data stays with you
Octonoc is an on-prem product. It runs inside your own servers or VPC, and the data you analyse with it — your business records, metrics and security logs — never leaves your environment. Octonoc does not receive, store, or have access to that data, and neither does the underlying model vendor.
What this website collects
This policy covers only the public octonoc.com website. If you contact us (for example by emailing the founder, requesting a demo, or signing up), we receive the information you choose to send — such as your name, email address, and message — and use it solely to respond and to evaluate working together. We do not sell personal information.
The website serves its own fonts and assets and does not embed third-party advertising trackers. Standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) may be processed by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site.
Your choices
You can ask us what contact information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing founder@octonoc.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
